What OKR Tracker Does
OKR Tracker runs your Objectives and Key Results as native Jira issues — no second tool, no second login, no double entry. Objectives and Key Results are real Jira issue types, created through Jira's own create dialog, linked with Jira's own issue links, and visible right next to the delivery work that moves them.
Atlassian shipped free native Goals in late 2025, and they cover the basics. OKR Tracker wins on the depth layer Goals leaves out: weekly check-in rigor, true automatic rollup, QBR-grade reports, and Monday reminders that keep OKRs alive past week two.

## Who it's for
- Managers and OKR leads who run quarterly planning and need health to be honest when leadership looks.
- Contributors who own a Key Result and submit a weekly check-in without leaving Jira.
- Admins who want OKR data to live entirely inside their Atlassian cloud.
What you get
- OKRs as native Jira issues → Objectives and Key Results are real issues you can search, report, and automate on. See OKRs as native Jira issues.
- Weekly check-ins → a per-Key-Result form for current value, confidence, accomplishments, risks, and next-week plan; history is immutable and feeds a trend chart. See Submitting a weekly check-in.
- Automatic rollup → when a Key Result changes, the parent Objective's progress and confidence recalculate on their own. 8 of 10 linked issues done = 80% — and still right when leadership looks.
- Dashboards and reports → summary tiles, four charts, "Objectives Needing Attention", and five exportable reports for your quarterly business review.
- Reminders and escalation → Monday reminders to owners with no check-in, and automatic At Risk flags on stalled Key Results.
The core loop
You set Objectives and Key Results → owners submit weekly check-ins → progress and confidence roll up to the Objective automatically → dashboards and reports show where to focus. That loop is the whole point: most OKRs die in week two, and the weekly check-in keeps them alive.
