Contract Detail

The Contract Detail page is the single source of truth for an individual contract envelope. It shows real-time signing status, the rendered document, a timestamped audit trail, and the final signing certificate. Navigate to it by selecting any contract title on the Contracts list.

Header

The page header displays:

• Contract title

• Status badge (In progress, Completed, Declined, Expired, or Voided)

• Linked Jira issue — a clickable link to the issue (for example, PROJ-42 — Vendor Onboarding)

• Envelope ID — the internal reference code (useful when contacting support)

• Action buttons — context-sensitive (Send reminder, Void, Download PDF)

Overview tab

The Overview tab shows the envelope metadata and per-signer status.

Each signer row shows:

• Jira display name and avatar

• Status badge (Pending, Viewed, Signed, Declined)

• Action timestamp — when they last interacted with the signing session

• Send reminder button (available for Pending and Viewed signers; disabled for 24 h after use)

Document tab

The Document tab renders the fully resolved contract document — merge fields are replaced with values from the linked Jira issue. You see the same document the signers review during their signing sessions.

The document is read-only. If the contract is completed, signature images are embedded in the PDF (accessible via Download PDF) but the Document tab view shows the pre-signing HTML render.

Audit tab

The Audit tab shows a chronological event log of every action taken on the envelope. See Audit Trail and Signing Certificate for a full description.

Certificate tab

The Certificate tab shows the human-readable signing certificate for completed contracts. See Audit Trail and Signing Certificate for details.

Downloading the signed PDF

For completed contracts, the Download PDF button in the header generates and downloads the sealed PDF. The PDF includes:

• The rendered contract document with embedded signature images

• An appended audit certificate page

The same PDF is automatically attached to the linked Jira issue — the Download PDF button gives you a direct copy.
